In association with LEGAL POSTBOX services as described above, THE LEGAL MESSENGER™ also provides general legal messenger services.
Pleadings and notices to be served and filed can be sent electronically to your LEGAL POSTBOX™ branch. We arrange signature of the document by a practicing attorney free of charge. Members are only charged for copies made at R3.50 per page as well as disbursements incurred.
After a Member’s instructions have been carried out, an email is sent free of charge to the Member notifying him/her of what has been done.
After a document has been served and filed it can be scanned and e-mail or faxed to the Member at the rates as indicated below if instructed by the Member accordingly.
Messenger Fees
Messenger fees are confirmed/quoted on an ad hoc basis by the applicable LEGAL POSTBOX branch and deducted from the Member’s messenger services credit account.
